After three weeks of emotional highs and lows, March Madness is over, with Baylor taking home the NCAA Championship for the first time ever, and Stanford winning the women’s NCAA Championship.

This year, GIPHY worked with Warner Media and the NCAA to capture all of the reactions, team shenanigans, and unforgettable plays of the tournament on the official March Madness and NCAA Sports GIPHY channels.

We asked GIPHY Sports Editor Jake Martella to pick a few of his favorite GIFs and Clips from the tournaments. Here’s what he chose.

This buzzer-beating play by Gonzaga’s Jalen Suggs went viral and led to some great reactions on the court and beyond.

Jake: “Arguably the best game of the tournament was capped off with Suggs’ incredible OT half-court buzzer beater!”

Everyone’s reaction basically ⬆️

Arizona’s Aari McDonald got a splash from her teammates in this GIF.

This reaction GIF of Greg Gumbel had 82 million views, as of Tuesday.

Jake: “During March Madness, emotions run rampant. Paul Hiepler watching Abiline Christian get their first tournament win in program history is case in point.”

Jake: “You could cut the tension with a knife… or in this case a dagger! Baylor’s Dijonai Carrington was fouled by two Huskies players with 6 seconds left but no foul was called ultimately leading to the Huskies controversial victory.”

We tagged this GIF of South Dakota’s Macy Guebert under “jammin’.” Enough said.

Jake: “It was at this very moment in the Final Four that Baylor Bears Davion Mitchell was officially ‘feeling it’! You just knew Baylor was headed to the Championship game.”

This GIF of UCLA’s Kenneth Nwuba “belongs in the Louvre,” according to Jake.

Gonzaga’s Drew Timme gifted us with this spicy Clip. Audio 🔛!

This audience shot is guaranteed to make you go “awwww.”
