Editor’s Picks: Top GIFs & Clips From the 2022 SAG Awards
The 28th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards honored the best in film and television this week with a ceremony full of historic firsts.
Several shows and films made history at this year’s SAG Awards. Netflix’s “Squid Game” won big, with both of its lead performers taking home the night’s top acting awards. Apple TV+’s film “Coda” also made history as the first film with a predominantly deaf cast to take home an award for outstanding cast performance. Ariana DeBose of “West Side Story” became the first Latina and openly queer woman to win a SAG Award.

Most-Viewed GIFs: Reactions to “Coda”’s Win
“Don’t Look Up” stars Meryl Streep and Rob Morgan’s reactions to “Coda”’s historic SAG Award win dominated our list of the most-viewed GIFs from Sunday night, taking up the top two spots on the five most-viewed GIFs from the 2022 SAG Awards.
This GIF of Streep and Morgan signing “I love you” was the most-viewed GIF of the night, with 24.3 million views, as of Thursday.
This GIF of Streep and Morgan was the second most-viewed GIF, with 11.5 million views.
The “Coda” cast’s reaction to their win also charted in our top five most-viewed GIFs from the night. This GIF of star Marlee Matlin’s reaction was the fourth most-viewed GIF of the night, with 6.7 million views.
The cast signed “we love you” to the crowd after winning Outstanding Cast Performance. This moment was the third most-viewed GIF of the night, with 8.1 million views.
